Elizabeth began her meditation studies and practice shortly after the birth of her second child in 1998. In 2002, she completed an intensive training program earning a Master Certification in Intuition Medicine® at the Academy of Intuition Medicine® in Sausalito, California.  After graduation, she worked at the Academy, which is certified by the California Bureau of Private Postsecondary & Vocational Education, as a teaching assistant in the undergraduate classes and a tutor for students in the certification program. 

In July 2021, Elizabeth completed her level IV initiation as a grandmaster in Belvaspata angelic healing.  Belvaspata is a powerful sacred modality that heals the heart with light and frequency.  Belvaspata stimulates the Song of Self in the individual which allows one to create self-healing by shattering the outdated programs that hold dis-ease in place. With the dissolution of the internal matrix, an individual becomes free to fulfill one’s primary purpose: creating through the heart.
